with Annacarla Tredici Tenuta Principe Mazzacane
With Trame Mediterranee, we begin a journey starting from one of the most authentic symbols of Cilento: the goat, an animal that for centuries has been part of the landscape, food culture and daily life of local communities.
On Tuesday, July 28, together with Annacarla Tredici, we will inaugurate the Gastronomic Theatre of Pollica, exploring the nutritional and cultural value of goat’s milk and cheeses through a dinner where stories, flavours and conviviality come together.
The tasting will be guided by Maria Sarnataro, ONAF Salerno Delegate, who will lead the audience through the characteristics and outstanding dairy products featured during the evening.
Gastronomic Theatre Dinner Menu featuring cheeses from Tenuta Principe Mazzacane:
– tasting of 3 goat cheeses (robiola, primo sale and latte d’inverno)
– cavatelli with tomato sauce and grated aged cacioricotta
– fresh peach cheesecake
– wines included, curated by the Consorzio Vini Salerno
Gastronomic Theatre Dinner: the courses are inspired by the authentic flavours of goat’s milk and its cheeses, their remarkable nutritional qualities, and the importance of a symbol that has always been part of Cilento tradition.
Price: €25 per person.

Gastronomic Theatre – From the Land to the Table
In Pollica, at the heart of the UNESCO Emblematic Community of the Mediterranean Diet, between the sea of Pioppi and Acciaroli, the olive groves of the hilltop villages and the places that inspired studies on longevity, Trame Mediterranee – Gastronomic Theatre returns, the gastro-cultural format promoted by the Municipality of Pollica and the Paideia Campus.
More than a food and wine event, it is an immersive experience combining theatre, memory, landscape and cuisine, transforming every dinner into a collective narrative.
It brings together chefs, producers, fishermen, farmers, artists and custodians of Mediterranean tradition, where food becomes a universal language, a tool for dialogue between generations and an opportunity to tell the stories of the territory.
Through a format combining education, performance and tasting, Yuri Buono will guide the audience on a journey through stories of community, biodiversity, production traditions and innovation, giving a voice to those who preserve and renew Cilento’s biocultural heritage every day.
The 2026 edition is part of the programme promoted by the Municipality of Pollica and the Paideia Campus to establish Cilento as an international laboratory for longevity, integral ecology, gastrodiplomacy and territorial regeneration.
It is a vision that considers culture not simply as entertainment, but as a driver of local development and social cohesion.
The event series is organised in collaboration with the Consorzio Tutela Vini Salerno, bringing the story of the territory’s wine culture to life through tastings of native grape varieties.
On special evenings, AIS and ONAF experts will guide the audience in developing a deeper understanding of the outstanding food and wine products featured.
Sitting at this table means rediscovering that health, landscape, culture and community are inseparable threads of the same extraordinary fabric.
Come and immerse yourself in beauty, stories and flavour.
